据路透社报道，Pinterest 准备今年晚些时候 IPO，该公司已经聘请高盛、摩根大通（JPMorgan Chase & Co）负责承销。
消息人士指出，Pinterest 可能会在 IPO 中融资 15 亿美元，IPO 时间可能会定在 2019 年上半年。
本月中旬有消息称，Pinterest 已经与一些银行接洽，有望在今年内上市。该公司最近一次融资，是在 2017 年中完成的 1.5 亿美元融资，其估值已超过 120 亿美元。
去年 9 月，Pinterest 的月活跃用户数已达到 2.5 亿。据知情人士透露，2018 年 Pinterest 的营收约为 7 亿美元，比 2017 年增长 50%，广告是其主要收入来源。
