从第一台摩托罗拉手机问世至今，手机已经成为人们生活中不可或缺的一部分。无论在国内还是在国外，手机的功能绝不止于打电话这么简单的小事情了。随着人们生活品质的提高，手机市场也变得更加开放，吸引了大批品牌厂商入场逐鹿。价格战、设计升级的竞争也愈演愈烈，各手机厂商已将工业设计视为核心竞争力之一。如何制造一款被更多人亲睐的手机，成为了设计师们的难题。

与此同时，鉴于目前国内手机市场趋于饱和，竞争逐渐白热化，越来越多的手机厂商选择了出海。

那么，出海了是否能像在家门口打开门做生意那样简单呢？答案显然是No。之前，曾有过某国产品牌手机因为专利问题，在海外遭到停售处理的情况。由于国产手机起步相对较晚，专利不甚完善，在出海的道路上受到了一定的阻碍。但是，海外成为手机厂商们的又一必争之地，这一点是毋庸置疑的。显然，手机出海这个问题，值得我们进一步深思和探讨。

The breakneck competition in the industry has rapidly saturated the market at home, and an increasing number of phone vendors are eyeing overseas customers. From patent issues, trade sanctions to plain old culture shock, Chinese phone makers have already run into choppy waters, but there’s no turning back. What are some lessons learned and tactics for Chinese manufactures when venturing into new markets?

Market share is not as simple and straightforward as one might think: which parts of the market are worth sharing? Should you be more protective over your iOS or android users? Where do phone makers tend to be touchy? How can we ensure a healthier market amidst the jostling for marketshare?
